Terms of Service

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Vas Group Inc., doing business as Freedom.co ("Freedom.co," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Freedom Pathfinder quiz, checkout, custom report, emails, bonus trial access, websites, software, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, submitting quiz answers, entering your contact information, purchasing a report, accepting any bonus access, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes both you individually and that entity.

2. Service Description

Freedom Pathfinder is an educational online business-path assessment and paid custom report experience. The Service asks you to provide multiple-choice answers and written responses about your background, skills, interests, goals, constraints, preferred work style, available time, resources, and business preferences. After checkout, we use your answers, internal frameworks, software, and AI-assisted generation systems to create and deliver a personalized report.

The Service is designed to provide educational information and decision support. It does not create a coaching, consulting, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, professional advisory, or client relationship between you and Freedom.co.

We may modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time, including quiz questions, report formats, bonus offers, pricing, availability, vendors, and technical features.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use or purchase through the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is accurate, current, complete, and provided voluntarily.

You may not submit information about another person unless you have that person's valid authorization and the legal right to provide it. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you provide and for checking spam, promotions, quarantine, and similar folders for delivery messages.

4. Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

The current Freedom Pathfinder paid offer is a one-time USD $1 purchase for a custom Freedom Pathfinder report, together with any bonus access expressly shown in the checkout or offer page at the time of purchase. If pricing, currency, taxes, included bonuses, or offer terms change, the offer presented at checkout controls for that transaction.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Payment processors may collect and process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, transaction identifiers, and related information under their own terms and privacy policies.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, currency conversion charges, bank charges, card issuer fees, and similar amounts associated with your purchase, except to the extent we are required by law to collect and remit them directly.

The Freedom Pathfinder report purchase is not a subscription and does not authorize recurring billing. Any future subscription, membership, paid community, coaching, software, or recurring product will require a separate offer and checkout flow.

5. Delivery, Final Sale, and Refund Policy

Digital reports are generated and delivered electronically to the email address associated with the purchase. Delivery times are estimates only. Payment verification, AI generation, email deliverability, spam filters, provider outages, and other technical conditions may affect timing.

All Freedom Pathfinder purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not provide voluntary refunds, credits, reversals, partial refunds, duplicate-submission refunds, delayed-delivery refunds, dissatisfaction refunds, accidental-purchase refunds, or refunds because a report contains AI-generated errors, reflects information you submitted, recommends a path you do not prefer, or does not meet your expectations.

If you are charged but do not receive your report within a reasonable time, contact support@freedom.co from the purchase email address. After verifying the transaction, we may resend the report, regenerate the report, provide reasonable delivery support, or take another delivery-related action at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-waivable consumer protection, refund, chargeback, cancellation, statutory warranty, or other right that applies to you by law. Where such rights apply, these Terms will be interpreted only to the maximum extent permitted.

6. Bonus Freedom OS Trial Access

The Service may include promotional bonus access to Freedom OS, a community, a course platform, or another related experience. Bonus access is promotional, limited, non-transferable, subject to availability, and may require use of a third-party platform such as Circle.

Bonus access does not guarantee ongoing access to paid materials, live support, mentorship, community areas, updates, recordings, or future programs unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise. Bonus access may be delayed, modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for eligibility, security, abuse prevention, third-party platform rules, technical limitations, or operational reasons.

Community or course access may be governed by additional terms, community rules, platform terms, acceptable-use requirements, and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those requirements.

7. AI-Assisted and Educational Content

The Service uses AI-assisted systems and internal Freedom Pathfinder frameworks to process your quiz answers and generate report content. AI-generated and AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicative, inappropriate for your circumstances, or based on assumptions that do not apply to you.

The Service provides general educational business information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental health, immigration, employment, securities, insurance, or other regulated professional advice. You are solely responsible for seeking advice from qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional guidance.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, legality, feasibility, costs, risks, and consequences of any business model, action step, recommendation, strategy, or opportunity discussed in a report or related material.

8. No Earnings, Outcome, or Business Success Guarantee

Any examples, timelines, business models, revenue references, earnings references, goals, projections, case studies, testimonials, implementation plans, or suggested paths are illustrative only. They are not promises, guarantees, forecasts, warranties, or representations that you will achieve any particular result.

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, reach any revenue level, replace income, obtain customers, build an audience, launch a successful business, avoid losses, save time, raise capital, receive employment, or achieve any other business, personal, or financial outcome.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your skills, effort, judgment, market conditions, pricing, compliance, sales ability, timing, audience, operations, resources, competition, and economic conditions.

9. User Content and License

"User Content" means quiz answers, written responses, contact details, feedback, support messages, and other information or materials you submit through or in connection with the Service. You retain whatever rights you have in your User Content.

You grant Freedom.co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, analyze, transform, display, generate derivative technical outputs from, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, support, improve, audit, and enforce the Service, including generating, saving, delivering, and supporting your custom report.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit User Content and grant this license, and that your User Content does not violate law, infringe rights, or contain unlawful, harmful, deceptive, confidential, or restricted information you are not permitted to provide.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or deceptive information;
• submit unnecessary sensitive information, including government identifiers, full financial account numbers, passwords, private keys, health information, information about children, or confidential third-party information;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, spam, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
• copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, overload, interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, its vendors, or its security controls;
• resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, commercialize, or exploit the Service or reports except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
• use Service outputs to create, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve a competing product or model without our written permission;
• violate any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, third-party right, or payment processor requirement.

We may refuse, suspend, limit, terminate, or investigate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, could harm us or others, or could impair the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related materials, including quiz flows, report structures, prompts, software, designs, layouts, business frameworks, analysis methods, scoring logic, templates, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and other content, are owned by Freedom.co or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and your purchased report solely for your own personal or internal business planning purposes.

Except for the limited license above, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, train models on, or commercially exploit our materials without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include Stripe for payments, Supabase for database storage, OpenAI for AI-assisted report generation, Resend for email delivery, Circle for community or trial access, Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, and other infrastructure, security, analytics, support, or communications providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, security practices, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, delays, errors, data practices, security incidents, platform changes, policy changes, or acts or omissions, except to the extent applicable law does not permit this limitation.

13. Communications

By submitting your email address, you authorize us to send transactional and service-related communications, including payment confirmations, receipts, report delivery, report support, trial access instructions, account or security notices, legal notices, and administrative messages.

We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those emails or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional, legal, or service-related messages.

14. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Availability, Errors, and Changes

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or browser, available in every location, or free from loss, delay, corruption, attack, interference, or technical failure. We may correct errors, update content, change features, impose limits, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued access to or use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all reports, bonus access, emails, content, recommendations, and related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, availability, security, course of dealing, and course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, that reports will be accurate or error-free, that recommendations will be profitable or appropriate, that bonus access will remain available, or that any business model is suitable for your circumstances.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom.co, Vas Group Inc., and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of revenue, income, data, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, anticipated savings, business interruption, or other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other theory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Freedom Pathfinder report giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freedom.co, Vas Group Inc., and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your misuse of reports or related materials.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@freedom.co and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. We will do the same where practical.

Unless a different rule is required by applicable consumer protection law, these Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to any non-waivable right you may have to bring a claim in another forum, the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

20. General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific offer or feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
